You may search electronic records from this website, just as you would from my office. Please note the various effective dates of our indexes when researching online, (Deeds 1977) (Mortgages 1976) (Liens & Misc 1975) (Leases 1981) (Military Discharges 1965) (Plats 1800) (UCC’s 1993).

 

Effective April 1, 2011, if you want to search records prior to the above dates, you will need to click on the “Historical Indexes” tab. For instructions on how to search Historical Indexes, go to the “Forms” link & click on the OIB Training Sheet.
